I had a decent stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and had high-quality amenities, which made my experience comfortable. Being right next to Kuromon Market was a huge plus for exploring the area. However, the service could use some improvement, as communication was a bit challenging at times. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw from the morning market and close to Nippombashi station. However, the room was smaller than I expected, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and the service left a lot to be desired.
